Scaling webinar and VSL funnels with paid marketing
For teams running paid alongside organic, whose bookings swing when organic dips. I fix the funnel so paid delivers steady calls.
How the work gets done
Paid traffic into a webinar or VSL that converts. From first click to booked call.
Advertising
Meta first. YouTube and Google when they fit. Daily testing and creative refresh so performance doesn't fade.
Funnels
Landing pages, webinars, and VSLs matched to your offer. Fewer steps, a clear path from watch to book.
Measurement
Clean tracking with UTMs and server-side events. You see which click becomes which call and which sale.
Why paid
With paid you buy the reach. Once you know what a lead costs and what a customer is worth, growth becomes math instead of waiting on the algorithm.
But paid is not a fix on its own. It surfaces what's already there and amplifies it. An offer that doesn't sell yet won't sell with ads either. A funnel that leaks will leak faster once you spend.
That's the part I work on.

How we work
- 01
Intro call
We go through your offer, your funnel, and your numbers. Together we set targets for opt-in, show-up, booked calls, and close rate.
- 02
Setup
I install the tracking, build the landing page and the webinar or VSL flow, and launch on Meta first. You see exactly what goes live before it does.
- 03
Optimize
Daily testing, fresh creative, and work on the step where content turns into a booked call.
- 04
Communication
Real time updates in chat, a weekly scorecard with the key numbers, and calls when you need them. Decisions happen fast, without waiting for a standing meeting.
Consulting
We look at where you are now and build a plan around your goals. Weekly calls to check in on the numbers and decide what's next, and you can reach me in between whenever something comes up.
You get the SOPs and the playbooks: offer, funnel flow, ad strategy, tracking, and the step where content turns into a booked call. Your team runs it. I set the targets, review the work, and correct course when something drifts.
The other route is that I run the ads and the funnel myself. Which fits depends on your team and where you want your budget to go.
Frequently asked questions
I already have a funnel that works. What would change?
I start with your offer, your numbers, and what you're running now. From there I rework the funnel, the ads, and the tracking, and keep adjusting as campaigns run. If the funnel is genuinely sound, I'll tell you that too.
Do you also work as a consultant?
Yes. If you have a team that can execute, I work alongside them: offer, funnel flow, ad strategy, tracking, and the step where content turns into a booked call. You get my playbooks, reviews of your assets, and clear targets. Your team runs it. If you don't have that team, I run the ads and the funnel myself.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You work with me, not with an account manager. I'm in your account daily and you have direct access. That's also why I take on a small number of clients at a time.
Do you work inside my ad account, or advise from the outside?
Inside. I work directly in your ad account and manage the campaigns day to day. You get the numbers regularly, so you always know what's working.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your ad account and funnel, and clarity on your offer and your numbers. I handle the build and the daily management, and you stay in the loop with regular reporting.
Does this work for VSL funnels, or only webinars?
Both. Webinars, video sales letters, and other funnel types. I pick what fits your offer.
What happens after I get in touch?
We start with an intro call to look at your offer, your numbers, and what you're running. If it's a fit, we scope the setup from there.
Contact
Not sure whether ads or consulting is the right move? Send me a DM with your offer, your current numbers, and what your funnel looks like. I'll tell you what I see and whether it's a fit.
